Your future is InReach! Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager 2, Accounting for InReach located onsite at either our Austin, TX or Buffalo, NY office.
Incentives This role will work a hybrid schedule averaging three days in the office and two days from home plus ten work From anywhere days, in the U.S. only, provided annually. This is on top of vacation, holidays and personal days. The office offers a modern, collaborative environment with free parking and on-site full-service cafeteria. What You'll Do Manage and lead a team to ensure that the close process and any associated accounting activities are appropriately recorded in the ledgers.Work closely with all accounting support groups including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Fixed Assets etc. for the entire segmentAssist with the development and implementation of financial initiatives including process/policy/control enhancements, system upgrades, reporting and data analysis, etc.Understand and provide solutions to highly complex situations which spans multiple systemsProvide support for any on-going acquisition activitiesReview monthly financial reports including analyzing the profitability for specific branches.Continuous review and oversight over specific balance sheet account reconciliationsWork closely with the Director of Accounting and other leaders to develop and implement financial & operational goals, and reliable reportingSupport the Director of Accounting on various ad hoc requests What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
