Title / Designation:  Senior Manager – SAP Plan to sustain (P2S) Reporting Manager: Vice President Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru Work mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO)

 

Role & responsibilities:

 

Oversee and manage a team of SAP functional and technical team with over 20 members. Lead seamless end-to-end integration between functional and technical teams to deliver business requirements and enterprise solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to support business transformation initiatives and ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience. Build and nurture a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, monitoring progress, and coaching team members for growth. Provide strategic direction and leadership to SAP P2S functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and digital governance models Champion innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement across teams. Ensure optimal utilization of technology resources, maintaining adherence to standards and alignment with business strategy. Track and report performance through periodic metrics to key stakeholders.

 

Candidate requirements:

 

10+ years of relevant SAP experience with proven capability in leading functional and technical teams of 11–20 members. Recognized subject matter expert across multiple SAP applications with strong knowledge of business processes and delivery management Extensive experience in managing SAP resources, overseeing project delivery, and preparing for future migration to the SAP S4/HANA platform. Strong understanding of the systems development life cycle and project life cycle, with a track record of managing projects of varying scope and complexity. Demonstrated leadership with excellent stakeholder management, communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills, adaptable to diverse corporate environments. Self-driven individual with the ability to excel in fast-paced, results-oriented environments.
