As the Senior Manager – MRO Service Contracts & Warranty, you will lead the Customer Service team at our Miramar MRO site. In this highly visible leadership role, you will guide a growing, customer-focused team that serves as the primary point of contact for our valued MRO customers—delivering exceptional service, driving operational excellence, and shaping the customer experience strategy. You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of customer engagement—from repair order administration to contract execution—while building processes, developing talent, and ensuring compliance with global trade and contractual requirements. The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
