The Global Enterprise Data Management Team is looking for an experienced and multifaceted Sr. Manager Data Steward for Commercial International to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. You’ll be managing a team of Data Stewards c team overing all commercial data in our International zone, you will be responsible for organizing the data taxonomy, connections and accuracy for all commercial datasets (sellout, homepanel, sell in, promotions etc.)
Your main role will be making sure all data stewards are properly interacting with business and developers handling commercial data requests, definitions and documentation and are effectively coordinating with developers and data engineers to translate business requirements into implemented stories.
As a Senior manager you will be estimating resources and time required for data steward to deliver on projects, actively participate on sprint plannings making sure expectations are aligned and stories are properly allocated to the data stewards as well as making sure the team continues delivering on expectations.
You are going to report to the Global Head of Data Stewardship and Quality. The Sr. Manager Data Steward for Commercial will be accountable for all Data Products under Commercial International area. You will be challenged to find efficient ways to manage the team, the data products on your domain, coordinate with teams to improve and ensure accuracy, align with senior team members on global objectives, maintain and implement improvements on data sources and automation.
We are seeking a candidate who has strong communication skills and team management experience, as well as technical skills to lead a highly skilled data steward team.
Experience in dealing with large data sets on a global scale, with a great ability on data manipulation and understanding in SQL. This individual should have a very sharp mind with capacity to easily grasp data concepts and formulas, as well as connect with other teams to reach an agreement on their representation. The ideal candidate will also have a successful track record of implementing data driven solutions for global problems. Experience in concepts of Revenue Management, pricing and CPG promotions are also necessary for this role. True ownership, strong analytics abd an eye for business are key characteristics to excel at this position.

· Collaborate closely with vendors and KHC teams from different commercial areas in each country to drive insights and deliver projects globally.
· Liaison with internal and external partners to understand their business peculiarities and lead the team on developing and implementing data sets that will support analytics on their business.
· Maintain a backlog of desired improvements and bugs. Guide team members in solving the backlog issues and develop improvements.

· Bachelor or Master degree (MBA included). Preference computer science, statistics, data science, business
· Minimum 5 years of working experience, in a fast-paced environment, preferably in CPG environment and/or Comercial Analytics, previous experience in working on with Neilsen/IRI/Numerator Sell out data or other Global Sell out vendors and data sets is valued.
· Strong understanding of code languages for data manipulation. SQL required, Snowflake and Python experience are helpful.
· Solid understanding on BI tools and recent work done on manipulating data for BI solutions, preferably tableau.
· Strong project management skills required, understand what to prioritize and follow through.
· Strong social skills, with the ability to understand the context and applying it to drive the analytics agenda.
· Familiarity and knowledge of Company Financials, ability to read Company P&L and understand financial metrics (understand terms and how to calculate share, Price mix and other performance metrics)
· Familiarity with systems like Snowflake, Tableau and SAP is recommended
· Strong ownership, committed to drive positive changes even in challenging environments.
