Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager Trade Pay Analyst - French Speaker

The position is responsible but not limited for processing Trade Payments and reviewing documents relative to Trade Pay activities to meet client needs. Ensuring that Trade Payments are made in compliance to both internal and external Audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process Trade Payments in a timely manner and in accordance to Audit requirements

• Manages and resolves customer deductions and short-payments in support of Kraft Heinz Canada receivables targets

• Communicates internally and with the client on issues and errors that will cause a significant impact on the customer’s needs

• Refines processes and advises of potential improvements

• Ensures procedures dictated in SOP and by client are followed

• Review files for misstated, omitted information

• Improve trade payment compliance and overall financial controls of promotional funds

• Makes recommendations and interacts with client to increase potential audit findings

• Develops external business relationships to resolve issues and backlogs

• Handles problems/inquiries requests from the client, business contacts and internal departments

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

• French language skills - written and oral

• High School Degree required

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills (French and English)

• Must be able to read French Customer documents such as; Debit Back Ups, Customer Deal Sheets/Offrer Letters in order to clear Trade Deductions

• Must be able to read fill out French documents such as Deal Sheets, Price Changes form and New Item forms (for Sales Administrative tasks)

• Ability to work with all Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Word, Excel and Power Point

• Good/Excellent computer skisll

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Good/Excellent knowledge of the accounting concepts (debits and credits)

• Good Negotiation and analytical skills

• Ability to Multi-Task

• Detail Oriented

• Deadline driven

• High level of professionalism

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$95,000 to $105,000]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
