MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo develop and execute a cohesive marketing technology strategy that enables data-driven, personalised, and efficient marketing by integrating and optimising Martech platforms, overseeing campaign analytics and leading marketing data management to drive performance and ROI.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Develop and execute a marketing technology (Martech) strategy aligned with business and marketing objectives. Identify and evaluate new technologies and trends to improve marketing performance. Lead the management and strategic and operational use of marketing data to drive insight-led decision-making and measurable impact. Lead the implementation, integration, and optimisation of marketing technology tools to enable scalable, data-driven marketing. Drive data-informed campaign optimisation through robust analytics, testing, and performance insights. Manage the Martech and analytics budget to maximise value, ensure compliance, and drive measurable returns on investment. Lead a high-performing Martech and Analytics team while fostering cross-functional collaboration. Ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and uphold data governance standards across all Martech and Analytics activities. REQUIRED EDUCATIONEssential Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or Digital Business
Certification or formal training in marketing automation, CRM, or data platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Experience Cloud)
Desired Education:
Postgraduate Diploma or Master’s in Digital Marketing, Data Science, or Business Intelligence
Professional certifications in Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Suite, SQL, or UX/U
REQUIRED EXPERIENCEEssential Experience:
Minimum 6 years of experience in Marketing Technology and Analytics
Experience:
