Senior Manager, Top Talent Development

Let's talk about the team:

As the Senior Manager, Top Talent Development, you design, implement, and manage programs that accelerate the growth and development of emerging, advanced, and top-tier talent within the organization. This role will focus on creating impactful global programs, summits, and bespoke experiences to cultivate a pipeline of experts and leaders prepared to excel in critical roles. The ideal candidate will have a strategic and growth mindset, strong program management skills, and a passion for nurturing talent to drive organizational success.

This position requires a hands-on individual with a can-do attitude that is able to work across global regions and time-zones. Expert knowledge, collaboration and communication is key for the success in this role. 

Let's talk about the role:

Be a thought leader and consultant to the business and develop and deliver comprehensive global top talent management strategies aligned with the organization’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives.

Develop and implement global top talent development initiatives that identify, engage, and grow top talent at all levels (emerging, advanced, and senior).

Design tailored programs, summits, and special experiences to accelerate skill-building, professional growth, and readiness for critical roles.

Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline in collaboration with senior leadership, HR business partners, and talent teams and track succession planning efforts to ensure seamless transitions for key positions.

Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness and ROI of talent development programs.

Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and ensure the continued relevance and impact of initiatives.

Benchmark against industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge in talent development.

Let's talk about you:

 

Proven track record in a Global Talent Development role with in-depth knowledge of instructional design, experiential learning and user experience

Experience with innovative learning technology methods (build-test-iterate) to empower digital, remote and scalable learning solutions to engage talent across all regions

Proven experience in developing and deploying unique and high-caliber learning experiences and programs considering multi-cultural audiences

Deep knowledge in strategic thinking, design thinking, digital fluency and internal consulting/partnering skills

Outstanding communication skills to act as a brand ambassador for our Talent Team, network across the organization and drive collaboration.

Great analytical thinking skills to assess and measure impact of programs and experiences.

5-7 years’ experience in Talent Development in the medical device or life sciences industry preferred
