Senior Manager, Associate and Leadership Communications

The Purpose of Your Role
In this role, you’ll work closely with the VP, Technology Communications, and senior leaders in Corporate Technology on the execution of communication programs that engage Fidelity’s Technology associates and advance our digital priorities. The person in this role will connect associates with the technology strategy and enterprise mission and objectives, create content to achieve optimal outcomes for associates and business partners, and focus on managing digital channels. The role will work across the Corporate Affairs team to align on enterprise-wide initiatives, measurement and multimedia content integration.
You’ll have the opportunity to build strong relationships and will collaborate closely with leaders and teams across the organization to craft speaking points, presentations, intranet features, and email communications that amplify Fidelity’s technology story across digital and social communications channels and live events. You’ll need excellent writing, editing and presentation skills.
The Team
You’ll be a member of the Corporate Affairs group. This team is all about 'thinking and working across Fidelity,' ensuring that we are driving more impactful communications and outcomes to a range of stakeholder audiences, including legislators and regulators, community members, media, industry influencers and associates. As part of a centralized organization, you will gain a great sense of what’s important across the enterprise and benefit from opportunities to learn, build new skills and grow, as you craft and deliver impactful communications.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree, 7+ years as a communications professional; experience with executive, internal, or external communications a plus
Strong storytelling, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to broad audiences
Proven success building relationships with key business partners
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fluid environment
