- The Senior Manager of the adidas Technical Training Center leads the design and delivery of both foundational and advanced learning programs in footwear and apparel manufacturing.
- Based in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam, this role ensures that adidas and supplier personnel gain the technical skills essential to elevating product creation and industrialization, with a strong focus on quality and effective implementation.
[Key Responsibilities]
· Collaborate with development and sourcing teams to design and deliver comprehensive training programs that teach end-to-end shoemaking and apparel production processes—equipping participants with hands-on skills across areas such as pattern making, material handling, and assembly.
· Contribute directly to training delivery on select topics, leveraging personal expertise to enhance the learning experience.
· Evaluate program effectiveness through practical assessments and participant feedback, continuously improving training content based on data and performance outcomes.
· Ensure training facilities are fully equipped with relevant machinery, tools, and resources.
· Supervise and support trainees throughout their learning journey, including onboarding, daily coordination, performance monitoring, and feedback discussions.
· Maintain visibility and accessibility of training data by keeping accurate records, generating regular reports, and sharing actionable insights with key stakeholders.
· Ensure all sourcing operations and practices fully comply with adidas’ Responsible Sourcing & Purchasing Policy, adidas standards and legal requirements, while managing the relevant processes internally and externally.

[Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications]
· Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in training, organizational development or similar roles with expertise in training design, delivery and facilitation. Training experience within a footwear or apparel manufacturing environment is a plus
· Knowledge of shoemaking and apparel construction methods, materials, and machinery will be advantageous
· Proven experience working with global suppliers and diverse, multicultural teams in a production or development context.
· Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging training content.
