As the IT&D Senior Manager, Supply Services, you will lead the strategy, implementation, management of IT systems supporting supply chain, logistics,and service operations for Essential Home to align technology solutions with business objectives. The role offers a unique opportunity to establish a Supply Services function from the ground up, creating solutions and roadmaps that will drive scalability and enable Essential Home’s business strategy.
You will oversee the design, maintenance, and operation of IT systems within the supply services domain, driving automation, efficiency, scalability and digital transformation. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will enhance end-to-end supply services, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can drive this function end-to-end, from vision and strategy to implementation and governance. You thrive in a dynamic environment; you are pragmatic, love a challenge and and are action and result oriented.

**Your responsibilities**
• Define the long term strategic needs for Supply Services for the Essential Home business
• Act as a strategic IT partner to Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operation teams, translating business needs into IT solutions.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of Supply Services solutions, ensuring their availability, security, scalability, and performance.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4 HANA and Kinaxis/SAP IBP implementation, maintenance, optimization. Ensure seamless integration between Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Manufacturing systems.
• Optimize Warehouse management systems (WMS) and Transportation management systems (TMS) to improve inventory accuracy and logistics efficiency.
• Implement demand forecasting, supplier collaboration, and real-time tracking solutions.
• Support cost reduction, risk mitigation, and sustainability initiatives through technology.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of both internal and external talent, fostering a culture of agility, ownership and collaboration.
• Provide mentorship, performance management, and skills development opportunities for team members.
• Build excellent relationships with strategic partners and service providers to ensure co-investment, high quality service, while staying cost-effective.
• Oversee budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation for Supply Services technology.

• You have proven experience in the Supply Services space, preferably in the Consumer Goods sector.
• You are experienced with SAP S/4 HANA Supply Chain, Kinaxis/SAP IBP, Warehouse Management (WMS), transportation and logistics solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
