This role collaborates closely with demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective replenishment of goods **Key Responsibilities** + Develop and manage the supply plan based on demand forecasts, production capacity, lead times, and inventory policies. + Monitor and analyze supply constraints, adjust plans as needed, and communicate risks and mitigation actions. + Collaborate with manufacturing and procurement teams to align supply with demand requirements. + Maintain optimal inventory levels to balance service, cost, and working capital objectives. + Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes by providing supply input, scenario analysis, and KPI reporting. + Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in supply planning, including planning tools and processes. + Ensure accuracy of master data and planning parameters in ERP or APS systems. + Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding supply status, delays, and recovery plans. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning or supply chain **Preferred Qualifications** + Supply chain planning + Forecast collaboration + Inventory management + Cross-functional communication + Data analysis and reporting + Resilience and adaptability + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. + Proficient in planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or similar) and Microsoft Excel. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills. + APICS/ASCM certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) i \#LI-Onsite **RSRCAR** **_Carrier is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
