This role is with the Central Profile Office (CPO) and reports to the Director, Ambient Operations Support. The Central Profile Office is a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing the offline order filling process at Walmart. Our team is focused on optimizing the ineligible offline order filling area to create Departmentalized pallets for delivery to stores. We achieve this by leveraging profile enhancements that enable the offline orderfiller to easily stack freight to create a dense, high cube, pallet.
Anticipated travel for this role is up to 70%.
What You'll Do:
Our mission is to streamline the offline order filling process, reducing costs and increasing efficiency. We strive to create a seamless experience for our stores, ensuring they receive the right products, at the right time, and in the right condition.
Analyze current offline order filling processes and identify areas for improvement.
Design and implement profile enhancements to enable easy stacking and efficient pallet creation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for offline order fillers and profilers.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes, adjusting as needed.
Improve the offline order filling process to create Departmentalized pallets for delivery to stores
Enhance profile functionality to enable easy stacking of freight
Increase pallet density and cube utilization
Reduce costs and increase efficiency in the offline order filling process

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
