Main responsibilities:
The Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager will take day-to-day ownership of some of Albertsons Companies’ most important eCommerce partnerships and report to the Senior Director, eCommerce Partnerships. This highly visible role will be responsible for implementing the strategic plans we're developing for each partner and in doing so, become an important voice of partner needs across the Albertsons ecosystem. You'll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we identify the most needle-moving growth opportunities while ensuring partners love partnering with us.

Fulfillment Partner Management (60%)
Own mid-level and collaborate on senior-level relationships with fulfillment partners, including last-mile grocery delivery carriers, and build strong relationships throughout partners' organizations. Drive high-potential partnership workstreams and projects and efficiently manage their advancement. Expand fulfillment partnerships to additional lines of business. Collaborate with partner and internal stakeholders to develop launch plans and contracts. Coordinate with operations and fulfillment teams to ensure consistent delivery against partner-facing expectations. Help quickly resolve partner-related issues/complaints, while keeping stakeholders closely informed on process. Drive regular cadence of internal collaboration with division and major functional leaders. Monitor each partner's performance closely and synthesize data for internal stakeholders, including in weekly executive dashboard reviews. Develop a sophisticated understanding of Albertson's partner-facing capabilities and how to advance them.New Marketplace Partners (40%)
Evaluate potential marketplace partners. Support leadership to qualify opportunities, articulate requirements, negotiate terms, and develop contracts. Drive growth of marketplace partnerships from pilot through national rollout. Collaborate with partner and internal stakeholders to develop and execute launch, training, and marketing plans and track performance. Support leadership in developing and executing regular, partner-specific strategic growth plans. Manage day-to-day marketplace operations, including product catalog, delivery options, and more in collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders, including dedicated support team. Support internal innovation, including the evaluation of new partner-facing capabilities. Develop a point of view as to how Albertsons might partner with new entrants to the grocery/food world and communicate that with senior leadership.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. Minimum 7 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years of complex project management experience in a partner or customer-facing role. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate well with diverse stakeholders. Expert project management skills and the ability to organize and advance multiple concurrent projects in a fast-moving, fluid business environment. Domain expertise in eCommerce fulfillment and digital marketplaces preferred. Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Number of direct reports: None. The salary range is $103,000 to $144,000 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.
