As the Senior Manager, Strategic Operations you will support the team that's helping hotels grow market share and outperform competitors. On the Strategic Operations team reporting to the Commercial Director, RMCC Americas, you will support a team working on projects including building and maintaining proprietary reporting and tools and managing a full tech stack which includes software like Salesforce.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
\nYour role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
\nWhat your day-to-day will be like:
\n\nBe a strategic partner within the Strategic Operations team to spearhead initiatives that inspire change, develop new processes, and maximize market share.\nDesign, and implement tools, technologies, and efficiencies that improve commercial initiatives, streamline operations, and influence strategic decisions.\nProvide strategic advisory on analytics and data product adoption, ensuring efficient decision-making processes.\n\nHow you will collaborate with others:
\n\nPartner cross-functionally with partners—including Data Science, Analytics, BI, and Commercial Services—to translate business needs into scalable data products.\nOrganize monthly Strategic Operations team meetings that encourage code reviews and sharing of best practices, and brainstorm on current challenges or obstacles.\n\nWhat projects you will take ownership of:
\n\nEstablish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for newly developed products, analyzing results and reporting successes and areas of opportunity.\nOversee multiple cross-functional programs and projects of varying complexity, ensuring alignment across RMCC and enterprise teams.\n\nWHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
\nYou have these minimum qualifications:
\n\nSeven (7) years professional experience in analytics/data-engineering roles\nThree (3) years developing and managing complex SQL and stored procedures (Redshift, SQL Server, MySQL)\nThree (3) years coding experience in automation, macros, and PivotTables\nProficient in Python, including frameworks such as pandas and NumPy, with a strong foundation in ETL development.\nTravel up to 10%\n\nIt would be useful if you have:
\n\nExperience with FastAPI, Flask microservices, and Vue.js or React dashboards.\nBackground in Docker containerization and Kubernetes deployment\nUnderstanding of data modeling principles (star/snowflake schemas\nExperience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, and MicroStrategy\nStrong partner-management skills to translate business needs into technical solutions\nOne (1) year of leadership experience\nExperience with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipeline management\nFamiliarity with coding standards enforcement (PEP 8, docstrings) and leading code reviews\n\nWHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON
