TechnologyAccountable for leading a team to execute on Cloud Business Office roadmap to improve cloud business management across the enterprise to support the bank’s Digital Cloud First Strategy.
Establishes and maintains relationships with Cloud Service Providers, industry contacts and internal stakeholders to gather competitive insights and best practices to benchmark BMO’s Innovation and Digital Cloud First position to support cloud maturity and continually quantify growth and forward focus for the bank.
Works with stakeholders and the team to identify cloud business management gaps and anomalies. Prioritizes, executes, and adjusts (where needed) the team’s roadmap as well as drive the strategic planning process for Cloud Business Office, leveraging market trends, global competitors, and scenario planning as inputs to strategic planning to support Cloud Business Office governance, monitoring and performance as well as alignment to the Cloud Strategy.

Typically 10+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience, and industry knowledge.Cloud Knowledge is an assetExperience with people managementExperience with project managing and leading a teamProficient with developing business strategy and assessments (i.e. feasibility studies, business cases and/or cost/benefit, project sizing and costing, and current state analysis/needs assessments).Proficiency in business analysis, project delivery practices and standards across the project lifecycle.Possesses a deep understanding and problem solving ability of Information Technology of various complexities.Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth / Expert.Analytical and problem-solving skills - In-depth / Expert.Influence skills - In-depth / Expert.Collaboration & team skills; with a focus on cross-group collaboration/facilitation/providing direction - In-depth / Expert.Able to manage ambiguity.Data driven decision making - In-depth / Expert.Salary:

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
