**ABOUT THE ROLE** We are seeking a Senior Manager, Sourcing Operations to lead cross-country Production Operations teams and oversee end-to-end production processes at Tier 1 factory partners. This role holds full accountability for resolving production-related issues and driving operational excellence across quality, on-time performance (OTP), and social/environmental compliance. You will foster strategic partnerships with factories, advance manufacturing capabilities, and support the broader Product Supply COO strategy. The role also involves building organizational competencies aligned with best-in-class manufacturing practices and a consumer-first mindset.
