We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Manager to lead and guide our engineering team. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can not only manage the team but also provide technical expertise and mentorship. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, cloud technologies, and a deep understanding of the payment processing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of engineers working on cutting-edge technologies.

Provide technical guidance and hands-on support in designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies and roadmaps.

Ensure the team adheres to best practices in software development, architecture, and DevOps.

Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the development process.

Oversee the implementation of solutions using GCP, Java Spring Boot, React, and both SQL and NoSQL databases.

Leverage deep expertise in the payment processing domain to guide the team in building secure, reliable, and efficient systems.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team remains competitive.

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership roles.

Proven expertise in GCP, Java Spring Boot, React, SQL, and NoSQL databases.

Deep knowledge of the payment processing domain, including industry standards, compliance, and security best practices.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to architect scalable, high-performance systems.

Excellent communication and leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring technical teams.

Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in GCP or related cloud technologies.

Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
