We are looking for a Senior Manager, Software Development to join our Infrastructure Cloud product development team, managing a software engineering team working on building our next-generation capabilities and user experiences. This is a full-time role, based in Lithuania in our office the Vilnius and Kaunas in a Hybrid model. **Your Day-to-Day:** ** ** + Lead the Development team to deliver highly available, scalable, and performant services and products, driving continuous transformation to the “Empowered teams” approach. + Maintain a deep understanding of the domain and products, their underlying architecture in the context of Bentley technology and iTwin architecture. + Set and maintain a high bar for code quality and excellence in delivery with ownership of uptime. + Continuously identify opportunities to improve the performance of the team, through the promotion of Agile and Scrum processes and ceremonies + Work with Product Management, UX, QA, and other development teams to manage development plans and focus on delivering continuous value to our users. + Work with your direct reports to develop career plans and coaching for continuous learning and improvement **What you bring to the Team:** + Experience in software development for over 10+ years, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. + Technical proficiency in front-end and back-end development technologies such as React and C# + Working experience with agile methodologies and proven experience coaching and leading transformation and incremental improvement within a software engineering team + Graduate or post-graduate degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field + Intuitive knowledge of the short- and long-term repercussions of coding strategies and styles + Good verbal and written communication skills + Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment + Self-motivated person who can motivate and lead a team **What would make you stand out:** + Good knowledge of some of the following programming platforms/languages:  .NET Core.
