**Core responsibilities**
The core responsibility of a Skills Lead is to create engaging learning experiences and programs that advance the skills of our teams. Supported by the Head of Skills Family for Digital & Data, this role will:
+ Collaborate with colleagues to set priorities for skills development in the agile and digital product management space.
+ Develop, review, and update learning plans based on our broader skills development L&D strategy and our digital priorities Technology initiatives.
+ Manage the end-to-end learning lifecycle, from discovery and scoping to communication, delivery, and measurement.
+ Champion a learning-through-play approach to inspire a diverse audience and foster a culture of learning.
+ Define and evolve the skill taxonomy for agile and digital product management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
+ Support peer Skills Leads on other digital priorities like AI or Data.
+ Scout world-class experts to co-create and enhance impactful learning experiences.
+ Collaborate with internal and external partners to prioritize skills development and implement effective learning strategies.
+ Contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning.

The Skills development team acts as enablers for growth, partnering with both internal and external stakeholders to identify critical capabilities and ensure all colleagues have access to the skills they need to grow, adapt, and succeed.
Based in Billund, this position will play a key role in expanding our agile and digital product management skills program, enabling continuous learning and development through engaging, insight-driven experiences.
**Do you have what it takes?**
To thrive in this role, several years of experience in building skills programs in agile and digital product management are required, whether in a company or an educational/coaching setting.
**We’re looking for:**
+ Great communication skills to connect with all levels of the organization. Including being proficient in English (spoken & written).
+ The ability to co-create and build relationships across teams.
+ Experience in agile coaching and digital product management to understand what drives effective learning in these spaces.
+ A natural curiosity and understanding of how technology can boost and enhance our ways of working.
+ Skills in leading experience development, ensuring smooth execution and delivery of learning initiatives.
+ A natural flair for informal leadership and taking the lead.
+ One who is passionate about business partnering and deeply committed to understanding the business.
