Business Description
The Enterprise Chief Controls Office (ECCO) is a centralized first line of defense (1LOD) group with the goal of embedding a culture of risk ownership and operational excellence to elevate the control environment. They do this by driving consistency and quality of risk practices to minimize loss and
regulatory sanction, drive cost efficiencies, and accelerate project execution to enable growth. The Practice Management team serves to coordinate and drive consistency across 1LOD risk identification, controls, issue management, and non-financial-risk management practices.
Description of the Role
Reporting to the Senior Director, Enterprise Controls Governance and Reporting under the newly formed Enterprise Chief Controls Office (ECCO) – the Senior Manager, Senior Reporting Lead is accountable for delivery of data-driven, automated, and executive ready-enterprise risk reporting and dashboards. The Senior Reporting Lead plays a critical role in supporting broader strategic coordination and governance efforts through delivery of reporting that enables cross-platform risk visibility, supports executive decision making, and advances ECCO’s commitments. Primary responsibilities include:
1. Enterprise Risk Reporting (40%)
2. Automation and Dashboard Development (30%)
3. Insights Generation and Data Analytics (30%)
What will you do?

Design and implement automated reporting solutions using tools such as PowerBI, driving efficiency and scalability in reporting practices; integrate data visualization best practices to improve clarity and accessibility of enterprise reporting Champion automation opportunities to reduce manual reporting efforts and increase responsiveness to emerging priorities3. Insights Generation and Data Analytics
Analyze risk trends and emerging issues to generate insights that enhance ECCO decision makingProduce materials to support ECCO forums and executive-level meetings including regular dashboards and metricsProvide guidance on structuring and interpreting risk data to enable consistent and effective storytelling, providing clear and actionable insightsWhat do you need to succeed?

Master’s degree in related discipline, technical certifications in data analyticsDeep expertise in PowerBI, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms; knowledge of SQL or DAXStrong understanding of operational risk and control data, including KRIs, RCSAs and issue tracking, and understanding of how these tie to broader regulatory and performance expectationsWhat’s in it for you?
