JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX Corporation is seeking a collaborative and solutions-driven Senior Manager, Risk Management to support insurance-risk management activities across the enterprise. This role plays a critical part in managing the Company’s risk exposure and insurance programs while fostering strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external risk partners.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Review and analyze insurance provisions of contractual agreements and provide risk assessments and recommendations to Legal department, divisions, and managementReview, data enter, and track incoming certificates of insurance for comparison against contractual wording and FOX’s insurance requirementsReview insurance policies and endorsements for accuracyPrepare submission material for procurement of select insurance programs by gathering, analyzing, and preparing exposure dataDevelop and run various risk reports using the risk management information system (RMIS) to identify and analyze loss trendsWork with various internal departments, third-party administrators, and brokers on submission and management of claims, across multiple lines of coverage, through to resolutionWork with television productions on all insurance and risk management-related needs as well as securing coverage for all artistsCollaborate with Legal department on mergers and acquisitions by reviewing target insurance coverages and onboarding of entities once acquiredCollaborate with all departments within the Company as well as risk management support service providersConsult with and guide company divisions regarding insurance and risk management-related issuesSupport policy renewals by overseeing the process of gathering documentation, exposures, and ensuring applications are completed timely and provided to the brokerIssue certificates of insurance in compliance with contractual wording and FOX’s insurance policiesNegotiate the renewals and new business for several of our joint venture insurance programsHandle various special projects and reports

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Bachelor’s degree7+ years of experienceProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AdobeExceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics for diverse audiencesDemonstrated ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and remain organized in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail, discretion, and commitment to confidentialityProven ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team memberStrong customer service orientation and professional presence

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $128,000.00-160,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
