What you'll be doing
The Credit Risk Data Warehouse (CRDW) Operations is responsible for the management, governance and oversight of the credit risk data warehouse used in core and ad-hoc reporting and analytics. As a Senior Manager, you will partner with source data providers, Technology & Operations, and downstream users to timely deliver accurate data in warehouses for economic capital and other core risk reporting. Responsibilities include monthly warehouses operation to finalize deliveries to clients with completeness and accuracy, partnering with risk management and technology stakeholders to operate warehouse deliveries monthly, lead operation processes and controls to deliver data in warehouses with accuracy, timeliness and completeness, accountability for operation and risk data support within CRDW domain and enable effective business decision and ensure regulatory compliance and manage strong level of data governance within CRDW domain.
You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
How you'll succeed
Data expert – Solid knowledge of data warehouses, retail and wholesale products and systems gained through related experience. Leverage your deep understanding of retail and wholesale warehouse data to deliver economical data with accuracy and completeness for monthly production operation process. You will provide comprehensive reports on economical capital, identifying trends, spotting inconsistency and delivering variance analysis. Your attention to detail will ensure that your insights are reliable.
Collaborative leader – As a leader, you will foster a culture of collaboration and empowerment within your team. You will mentor and guide your team of analysts, ensuring that insights are not only accurate but also aligned with warehouse operation goals. You’ll also work closely with key stakeholders in Risk Management.
Effective communicator – Translate complex data issue into clear concise insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will make strategic recommendations that are easily understood and can be implemented successfully by solution team and/or by source data providers.
Who you are
You have experience with analytics tools such as TOAD SQL, SAS, and Databricks. You are proficient in data analysis, and has the ability to analyze specific data to spot trends and anomalies.
You have a degree in Computer Science/Engineering, and/or an MBA.
