Focus, Scope, & Impact:
Be part of RGM Korea team and one of the key point of contact for RGM Topics including Price, Mix Management, and portfolio development. Drives RGM efforts towards the design, development and implementation of OBPPC architectures to increase Systems growth (Revenues, profit, Volume, Transactions and Share) - ensuring KO NARTD portfolio competitiveness and continued progress and alignment across the organization. Strong engagement with Senior leaders of Korea Business, Marketing team, Bottler and Frontline team.
The successful candidate will:
Drive, design and implement RGM processes, strategies and plans that deliver topline revenue growth and margin expansion by better targeting all key stakeholders (Consumers, Shoppers and Customers). Outcomes include: revenue pools, portfolio optimization, OBPPC, pricing & promotionLead OBPPC strategy and pricing recommendations for all key categories & Channels KO plays in Korea: SSD, Sports, Coffee, Stills and CVS, Super, M&P, E&DDrive awareness of current OBPPC (Portfolio) performance, understand competitors moves and white spaces in our industry to propose portfolio solutions and build Business cases.Build long range plan focusing on Affordability, Premiumization to increase basket incidence and home penetration;Lead promo analysis, define rules of engagement for promos and conditions analysis to drive incremental value mainly in CVS and Supermarket channels;Propose SKU rationalization process to streamline portfolio – clear Portfolio Roles and Market Impact.Be the key contact for RGM strategies for all relevant stakeholders in Bottlers as well as the internal Franchise and Marketing. Ensure that RGM strategies and all key commercial activities are ‘in sync’ in your area;Actively participate as a key member of local and global workstreams to accelerate capability in: RGM Tools, Affordability, Portfolio Optimization, Promo Terms, Margin Expansion, Advanced Analytics;Deliver RGM capability development for OU, closely aligned with global C&CL team, Marketing and Finance.Together with Bottler partners ensure that all plan will be executed in the marketing engaging with sales team and Bottler as well as OU Operations team;PROFILE OF CANDIDATE
Experience
10+ years of experience in RGM, Commercial planning, commercial execution or strategy with strong skills in RGM, Segmentation, Innovation and Portfolio strategyProven Strategic and Analytical Skills as well as outstanding influencing/negotiating skillsAbility to think from planning to execution and solid commercial backgroundStrong analytical skills: Significant analysis complexity – The incumbent requires strong analysis and interpretation skills. This is because the RGM requires deep understanding of various data sets including but not limited to – volume, NSR, other financial metrics, market share-distribution, execution data, consumer brand, shopper data etc. The incumbent needs to integrate all the available data sources to identify opportunity areas and help develop action plansCommunicate with internal stakeholders and key Bottling partnersSkills:
