**Core Responsibilities**
**1. Optimize** **Retail Commercial Planning Operations**
+ Document and socialize standardized processes for annual and quarterly retail commercial planning in partnership with Finance, Digital and Operations functions to create a revisedend to endworking approach.
+ Support and enable a shift from annual planning cycles with LR to a continuous, full year funnel approach.
+ Support LRCD colleagues in aligning to this streamlined work plan, ensuring the right tools and processes are in place for ICP and Channel Sales leads tooperateeffectively and efficiently.
+ Partner with LRCD Commercial Performance team to create structured learning and insights loops around commercial strategy and planning, ensuring LRCD isoperatingas a coherent ecosystem within LR
**2.** **Change Management & Interventions**
+ Lead relevant organizational change initiatives to align teams with new processes, tools, and strategies.
+ Develop communication and training plans to ensure partner agreement and adoption, partnering with Global teams and PPC to ensure effective and relevant use of existing materials and programs.
+ Monitor and measure the impact of change initiatives, engaging senior LR leaders on the changejourneyand signaling where interventions are needed tomaintainbusiness performance.
**3.** **Operational Excellence & Thought Leadership**
+ Identifyand address inefficiencies in annual commercial and corporate processes,relativeto LEGO Retail processes and timelines, driving continuous improvement through written and presented recommendations for change to senior leadership.
+ Partner with Commercial Performance and Finance toestablishand track key performance indicators (KPIs) tomonitorand improve process outcomes for the full LEGO Retail organization.
+ Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and data-driven decision-making through role-modeling and active skill building within the teams.
+ Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on operational strategies and improvements. Coach and support team members to build organizational capability. Drive confidential organizational-based initiatives as needed.

The Senior Manager, Retail Commercial Optimization, will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of core processes to drive LEGO Retail commercial planning, new business model adoption, and operational excellence. This role requires a strategic problem solver with a strong ability to manage cross-functional initiatives,optimizeworkflows, and objectively implement change management strategies that enhance organizational efficiency and enable sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proventrack recordin retail operations, process improvement, and organizational transformation, combined with a deep understanding of commercial planning and business model innovation.

+ Extensiveexperience in retail operations, process improvement, or similar roles at Retail or Consumer Goods companies. Familiarity with retail industry trends, technologies, and consumer behaviors.
+ Experience leading multiple projects and business partners in a fast paced, results focused business environment, and build phenomenal working relationships
+ An enthusiastic, positive can-do approach and determination to overcome obstacles, results orientation with a focus on quality,efficiencyand operational excellence
+ Natural curiosity- always looking to understand why something has happened and looking for the 'so what'

+ Strong understanding of organizational change principles and stakeholder engagement including own arsenal of tools and techniques with proven experience successfully implementing change.
+ Experience in implementing change initiatives with measurable outcomes and in setting KPIs for the same.
**4.** **Data-Driven Decision Making**
+ Proficiencyin using advanced analytics and data to drive business decisions.
+ Skilled in using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for data visualization and reporting. Ability to create self-service data sets and models as needed to further own initiatives.
**5.** **Collaboration and Communication**
+ Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across functions and levels. Experience working closely with colleagues across remote and global work sites, and in orchestrating remote and online workshops.
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly, shifting style and context based upon level of audience.

+ If based in Boston, MA - the salary for this position will have a range of **$124,700 - $187,000 USD** based onanticipatedresponsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.The comprehensiveremunerationdetails,inclusive ofbenefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
