Get into the playground to build up the local commercial plan for Korea BU by translating and aligning with the global & regional commercial strategy! **Core Responsibilities** + Own and drive the implementation of the 3-year channel strategy within the Business Unit (BU). + Lead global processes and commercial planning through delivery of the Regional Market Group Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP), Customer Business Planning (CBP) governance and the annual Customer Pulse. + Lead and drive the portfolio differentiation and segmentation strategy in partnership with APAC Regional and respective marketing teams. + Support optimization of trade investments in the BU via the implementation of the customer segmentation model and Multi-Channel Pricing framework (partnering with Finance). + Oversee the implementation of Globally developed Sales tech, tools and processes via a clear change management deployment programme. + Partner with Korea finance to lead the Business Unit Trade Investment Review and budget management processes. + Develop and deploy sales training capability agenda for the BU Sales Team. + Contribute to the BU commercial agenda as part of the Korea BU Leadership Team. + Work with the newly developed Global to Regional Commercial Development function leveraging direction and support from the Channel & Functional stakeholders. + Partner cross functionally with other areas of the business (e.g., Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, etc.) to model the outcome of implementing potential business initiatives. **Play your part in our team succeeding!** The APAC Regional Commercial Development function is responsible for translating the Global Commercial Development (GCD) agenda into regional priorities in addition to identifying specific APAC plans and initiatives aligned to the global commercial strategy. This includes partnering with the BU’s to build and execute the commercial plans locally. The RCD responsibilities include channel strategy and expansion, sales processes and planning, portfolio differentiation and segmentation, revenue management, sales capability building plus the deployment of sales tools and system planning. **Do you have what it takes?** + Solid experience in Sales, Key Account Management, Commercial Consultancy and/or Customer Marketing + Ability to manage partners at all levels, playing both a challenger and supporter role + Capable of providing strategic sparring + Strategic attitude with strong commercial competence + Self-starter with an ability to work through ambiguity + Fluency in English and Korean language with excellent verbal and written skills \#LI-BN1 Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
