It is mandated to shape the commercial agenda and enable sustainable growth by driving commercial strategies and embedding commercial excellence. Anchored in global direction with local relevance, RCD ensures commercial priorities are aligned, actionable, and effectively executed across the organization. **Core Responsibilities** + Drive commercial strategies' planning, execution and governance across all RCD commercial areas such as channel management and development, commercial planning, portfolio deployment, and revenue management etc. + Translate global directions and recommendations on portfolio deployment into actionable regional plans that are aligned with China market dynamics and execution capabilities + Deploy rare items' strategy and portfolio-channel differentiation in China in collaboration with local teams according to global guidelines. + Own governance of GWP/FOC and other portfolio differentiation processes from brief to execution in collaboration with global and local teams. + Represent China in the Global Portfolio Deployment Sub-CIF, co-shaping global strategy by defining & recommending global portfolio differentiation, portfolio segmentation and listing strategies, sharing best practice and driving a portfolio first approach across Market Groups. + Support broader RCD responsibilities as assigned by team leader across key commercial areas **Do you have what it takes?** + Bachelor’s degree or higher would be preferred + 8 years+ work experience with a strong track record of business performance in commercial roles + Experience of working in a sizable international brand focusing on Portfolio Deployment, Listing Recommendation based on Channel unique characteristic + Strategical but pragmatic problem solver with driven approach to business challenges and ability to thrive when faced with ambiguity + Extensive and current knowledge of the retail business landscape + Proven track record to work cross-functional with cross regional + Passionate about data with analytical, interpersonal and project management skill + Able to convey sophisticated information in a simple manner + Proactive and open to embrace new tasks and challenges with innovative approach + Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English \#LISZ Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
