About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Distribution & Sales Specialist to drive sales growth, enhance distribution strategies, and develop creative marketing and training initiatives. This role requires a mix of sales acumen, marketing creativity, data-driven insights, and strong presentation skills to empower our distribution force and expand our reach in the private retirement market.Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Distribution Strategy
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth in private retirement schemes.Work closely with agency leaders and financial advisors to improve sales effectiveness.Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market penetration.Monitor sales performance, provide insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.2. Marketing & Creative Campaigns( main challenge)
Conceptualize and design engaging marketing collateral, sales presentations, and fancy slides to support distribution teams.Develop creative campaigns to promote retirement solutions and enhance brand visibility.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create impactful promotional materials.3. Training & Development
Design and deliver engaging training programs for agents and distribution partners to boost product knowledge and sales skills.Organize workshops, webinars, and roadshows to keep the distribution team motivated and informed.Leverage interactive and digital learning tools to enhance training effectiveness.4. Recruitment & Engagement
Support recruitment initiatives to attract and onboard high-performing agents.Develop engagement programs to retain and motivate the sales force.Foster strong relationships with key distributors and agency leaders.5. Data Analysis & Performance Optimization
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to refine distribution strategies.Develop data-driven dashboards and reports to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Provide actionable recommendations based on business intelligence and analytics.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, distribution, marketing, or financial services.Strong understanding of financial products, retirement planning, and investment solutions.Creative mindset with the ability to design visually appealing slides, presentations, and marketing materials.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.Analytical skills to interpret sales data and develop actionable insights.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
