Job Description

Lead and develop Project Management and CQV teams in Switzerland, focusing on detailed execution and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and successful delivery of capital and operational projects, with a strong focus on CQV activities.Provide engineering mentorship and technical support for project management and CQV processes.Own the full CAPEX project portfolio across the organization, ensuring alignment with regulatory, quality, and operational requirements.Guide cross-functional teams through sophisticated, high-impact initiatives in a GxP environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in project & portfolio management methodologies.Expertise in regulatory compliance and technical execution.Strong leadership skills with the ability to determine and implement world-class project management practices.Outstanding ability to collaborate and compete in a diverse and inclusive work environment.
