Stryker is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management to join our high-performing Instruments division. In this pivotal role, you will drive growth by shaping commercial strategies, optimizing business processes, and leading a high-impact team to deliver results that matter.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Leadership

Shape and evolve our Power Brand strategy, identifying key growth drivers and alternative pathways for non-core products.

Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop strategic plans that reflect shifting customer needs and market dynamics.

Market & Customer Insight

Anticipate trends in healthcare delivery and customer behavior to proactively design sales and marketing strategies that stay ahead of the curve.

Guide and train teams in sophisticated market research techniques to turn insight into opportunity.

Commercial & Operational Excellence

Optimize sales channels and go-to-market models across the Instruments portfolio.

Lead cross-divisional initiatives that enhance commercial alignment and customer focus.

Champion data-driven decision making, with expertise in pricing, P&L management, forecasting, and business analytics.

Team Leadership & Development

Inspire and develop a talented team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.

Mentor future leaders and cultivate a team capable of influencing across the organization.

Project Management & Process Innovation

Oversee critical projects that improve key commercial processes—from supply chain collaboration to product lifecycle management.

Ensure vendor partnerships and internal timelines align with business priorities.

What You Need:

Bachelor’s degree required

10+ years of relevant work experience

7+ years in marketing or strategic sales preferred

4+ years leading teams, including people managers

Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and navigating complex matrix environments

Fluent in English and local market language

Strong analytical, communication, and project leadership skills

Proven ethical leadership and cultural awareness
