Nous recherchons un Gestionnaire principal, Services professionnels expérimenté pour diriger et développer notre équipe de professionnels des services. Ce rôle essentiel sera responsable de la gestion de la prestation de services, de la satisfaction client et de la croissance des revenus. Le candidat idéal possédera une solide expérience en gestion de services, une expertise technique approfondie et des compétences exceptionnelles en leadership.

Key Responsibilities\rLead and manage a team of Data Center and Network practice professionals within the Service Delivery division, ensuring their professional development and optimal performance.Define and implement strategies to improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, using data analysis and process optimization methods.Manage relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, employing advanced communication techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.Oversee the planning and execution of service projects, ensuring compliance with budgets, deadlines, and quality standards, using project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of technologies and market trends, particularly in the areas of Data Center and Network, by attending conferences and pursuing continuing education.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable regulations, regarding security, confidentiality, and data protection.Manage risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation and resolution plans, using risk analysis and crisis management techniques.Collaborate with other teams within the company, such as engineering, support, and finance, to ensure consistent and integrated service delivery.Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and goal achievementCritical Qualifications\rBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is an asset.Minimum of ten years of experience in professional services management, with significant experience in the areas of Data Center and Network.Proven experience in managing teams of technical professionals, with a demonstrated ability to motivate, mentor, and develop talent.In-depth knowledge of Data Center technologies and architectures, including virtualization, storage, networking, and security.Expertise in network technologies and protocols, such as TCP/IP, Ethernet, MPLS, BGP, and OSPF.Proficiency in service management tools, such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.Solid understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or ITIL.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.Relevant certifications, such as PMP, ITIL, CCNA, or CCNP.


 

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
