Senior Manager, Product Management Technical, Fulfillment Optimization
Description The Fulfillment Optimization (FO) team is responsible to develop and support technologies that enable the optimal use of Amazon and subsidiary transportation, operations, and delivery networks. We believe that through investment in new transportation, operations, and delivery technologies, we will consistently improve internal and external customer experience, and increase confidence and trust in Amazon as the single, best option to get what you want when you want it. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead Cross-Org Consolidation to reduce Cost-to-Serve and improve Customer Experience. Consolidation is a critical KPI of fulfillment efficiency, requiring cross-functional efforts between consumer, fulfillment, and delivery teams to drive higher consolidation without sacrificing revenue growth. Key job responsibilities - Define and own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for launching the optimization models/system features to improve Consolidation. - Partner with cross-functional teams (research scientists, engineers, business stakeholders, and peers) to design, develop, test and deploy technology that supports our quickly evolving and growing network. - Lead product development efforts, from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. - Build and manage a team of product managers, setting clear goals, mentoring talent, and fostering a high-performance culture. - Use data to inform prioritization, measure success metrics, and continuously improve product performance and customer experience. - Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership, providing regular updates, driving alignment, and influencing investment decisions. The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
