Job Description

In this role, you will report to the Director, Global Fleet Product & Strategy to:

Build partnerships with BIN Sponsors, Acquirers & Processors, Trade Credit & BNPL Providers, Mobile & Digital Wallets, Fleet Management Systems FMS, Card Management Systems CMS, and other EnablersScope, qualify and engage with Fleet Product and Solution providers in-line with client needs and Visa’s core solutions. Maintain a strong discipline of planning and execution. Develop product plans and roadmaps of product change and launch.Work with senior stakeholders internally and with the client to deliver against these roadmaps. Be able to work collaboratively with teams across the Region and Globally.Be a thought leader and champion of innovation.Understand client needs and their corporate objectives across Mobility and Fleet and be able to translate these objectives into product design, and innovation roadmaps. Be able to apply payments expertise across B2B use cases.This is a highly commercial role with a focus on product and customer profitability.   The role requires that you develop an understanding of issuer economics to determine profitability, how products are targeted and launched, the opportunities in multi-channel product sales, and how marketing campaigns are designed, implemented and the results are analyzed against investment objectives.Have a detailed understanding of all elements of the Visa products across Issuing and acquiring. On the issuing side, be able to work with Visa Commercial Solutions VCS across pre-paid and credit, and virtual card solutions.  Have a good understanding of interchange and how to shape products for clients in different markets.Have an understanding and curiosity around new technologies that are redefining this sector, including telematics, mobile payment, connected car technologies, and the future of electric and hydrogen fleet services. An understanding of the growing market for Mobility services, and how this thinking will impact the sector.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

10 or more years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in product development, relationship management, and strategyExpertise and experience in building and managing relationships with stakeholders across large businessesKnowledge of the Payments Ecosystem and client-facing partnership experience within the Fleet & Mobility industryStrong communication, relationship and stakeholder management skills to interact with and influence key internal stakeholders and work collaboratively with regional sales, deal, and deal finance teams to share best practices to efficiently and effectively grow revenue.As a self-motivated and energetic problem solver, significant experience is required supporting client negotiations, implementing business processes, building, and actively leading a high-performing and collaborative team.Experience identifying, structuring, and managing partnerships with a variety of commercial stakeholders in the Fleet & Mobility industry.Able to develop viable strategies to grow the overall business with client set, as well as take pragmatic steps to execute these strategies.Ability to navigate across a large organization to get things done and broker information across the company, with the ability to form strong partnerships and work in environments where there are multiple, overlapping stakeholders across different reporting lines.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage prioritize multiple workflows while under pressure to meet tight deadlines.Comfort in pursuing and structuring opportunities in sometimes abstract contexts and timelines.A thought leader and subject matter expert who can strategize, ideate, cocreate, and enable verticals and solutions to grow global Fleet & Mobility pipeline and use-cases that serve deals that are long-term multi-year opportunities.
