What You Will Do

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Senior Manager on our Product Enablement team. Product enablement is an integral part of our Product Management organization, with strategic alignment with how Cisco Meraki develops and delivers new products to our customers. The team's mission is to connect learners with the skills and knowledge they need to improve the value they realize from Cisco Meraki best-in-class cloud networking management platform.

In this position, you will use your experience in forming teams that deliver learning and development outcomes to meet the needs of today's learners. You will possess highly developed communication/presentation skills, and a passion for applying technology to solving business problems. Taking a growth mindset, you will apply an analytical approach to establishing measurable impact from product enablement investments.

As a leader on the team, your responsibilities include:Lead the team responsible for product and go-to-market strategy and owning communication to drive growth in learning and communityCollaborate with cross team members to ensure the execution of our product enablement strategy meets Meraki's strategic goals.Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and improvement, with a focus on e-learning to increase the effectiveness, efficiency, and reach of our enablement effortsBe responsible for the data strategy and execution to power our data-informed decisionsMonitor learner industry trends to incorporate findings into our programsContribute to Meraki's Enablement product strategy and roadmapBuild relationships with cross-functional teams across Cisco and our partner communityDesired Skills and Experience:7+ years of proven experience in a Product Management or Product Enablement role5+ years of demonstrated experience in a technology company that develops networking or cloud products5+ years of direct people management building, leading, and mentoring high-impact teamsProven ability building and delivering high-quality learning and development programsStrong customer emotional intelligence with a deep desire to understand and address top customer and partner problemsDedication to learning about networking, cloud, and emerging ground-breaking technologiesCan easily communicate complicated concepts simply to multiple audiencesCan-do attitude with an inherent pride in the quality of our offeringsLove solving technical problems in innovative waysBA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related degree or equivalentBonus Points For:Previous support for B2B enterprise sales motions
