ABOUT THE JOB:

(Phoenix, AZ) Manage the development and implementation of pricing strategies to drive business growth, optimize commercial strategy, and optimize revenue and profitability for the company’s products and services. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor pricing to identify opportunities. Utilize data analytics and market research to make informed pricing decisions. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on price adherence, discounting trends, and overall pricing strategy effectiveness. Develop sophisticated pricing models that allow the company to analyze the impact of different “pricing what-if” scenarios and make pricing recommendations. Conduct and review A/B testing, predictive modeling, and machine learning models in the market to understand price sensitivity within segments and make appropriate recommendations supported by data and analysis. Utilize R and SQL to analyze data, drive improvements, and support all aspects of pricing strategy and execution. Lead CPQ implementations. Monitor and analyze the impact of pricing changes on sales and revenue. Drive data-driven decision making within the function. Collaborate with commercial sales, marketing, finance, product, operations, and field leadership teams to align pricing strategies with overall business goals, revenue targets and marketing initiatives.

 

Minimum of Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field and 3 years of experience as Pricing Manager, Revenue Operations Manager, or related position supporting all aspects of pricing strategy and execution utilizing A/B testing, R, and SQL.
