We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Manager, Policy and Framework - ERM_RMF AND ENHANCEMENTS_CHINA.

Principal responsibilities

Contribute to the overall Design of Framework to be Simple, Consistent, Practical and Sustainable.Liaise with relevant stakeholders, across all four Strategic Businesses; Group Infrastructure; and bandings.Maintain relevant documentation (e.g. procedures and templates) for internal Framework governance, and day to day operations (e.g. progress tracking).Educate stakeholders on changes and impact of Framework related changes, e.g. design or deliver training.Interaction with internal and external auditors where required.

Leadership Teamwork

Lead and influence senior stakeholders across Business/Group Infrastructure/Regions on Designs.Engage and collaborate with relevant stakeholders where required, on deliveries.
