**Location:** This role offers the flexibility of being home-based in the United States.
**Position Summary**
The Digital Business Enablement team is responsible for partnering with our business stakeholders to deliver optimized processes, systems, and data capabilities to grow our business. These solutions provided by Digital Business Enablement are the core of our user's experience engaging with Bentley internally and externally. The ideal candidate will be a leader with strong program management skills who can coordinate across the organization to deliver complex, and highly dependent.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned platform engineering leader with extensive experience in CRM, CPQ, and integration to ERP systems, excellent technical and leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver both long term, strategic initiatives and ongoing, continuous improvement activities.
**Position Overview**

We are seeking a seasoned Platform Engineering leader with strong development management skills to lead and drive the delivery of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across the organization. This role requires an effective communicator who excels in planning, prioritization, and execution of project work. The Platform Engineering leader will serve as a critical partner, coordinating and connecting teams to ensure alignment with our leadership and business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in developing and optimizing processes, achieving operational goals, and tackling problems with a data-driven approach. **Key Responsibilities:**
· Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce, CPQ, and Workday Financials technical solutions to support sales and transactional processes.
· Support the end-to-end customer transactional execution and processing – including order placement, pricing, and contract management to ERP systems
· Coordinate and oversee the integration design and build efforts for key systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of development resources, guiding them through project execution, DevOps, and best practices.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, IT, and finance, to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions.
· Develop and maintain architecture, integration, and technology standards and practices for applications, middleware, and databases.
· Ensure compliance with engineering and design standards and provide guidance on the use of new technologies and techniques.
· Conduct regular status reviews and communicate updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
· Drive the execution of multiple simultaneous, cross-functional projects and programs, proactively adjusting priorities as needed.
· Apply technical skills to orchestrate solutions, including planning and executing devised solutions.
**Key Qualifications:**
· Proven experience as a Engineering Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on sales and ERP-based applications.
· Extensive experience with Salesforce, CPQ, and integration to Workday Financials, including implementation, development, configuration, and integration.
· Strong program management skills, with the ability to drive delivery of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
· Demonstrated experience in developing and optimizing processes, achieving operational goals, and solving complex problems with a data-driven approach.
· Ability to lead and mentor a team of development resources, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
· Strong understanding of architectural and technology standards and practices for applications, middleware, and databases.
· Experience with API integration, microservices, and digital architecture.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
· This role requires minimal travel.
