Senior Manager, PIPs All Brands

As a Senior Manager AD&C Product Improvement Plans (PIPs) All Brands on the PIPs team reporting to Director AD&C PIPs All Brands, you will lead all aspects of the PIP and renewal PIP processes. This includes non-Hilton brand converting to Hilton brand, Hilton brand converting to a different Hilton brand, Hilton brand relicensing, and Hilton brand change of ownership.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

Negotiate the content of the written PIP with hotel owners or their assigned representatives to produce a plan of renovation that is fair to the hotel owner and protects the designated Hilton brand—resulting in creating a legal document attached to a Franchise License Agreement or Management Agreement.Schedule hotel site visits and physically or virtually inspect all areas of hotel and property. Document all phases of hotel inspections and write comprehensive, accurate, and timely reports specifying a renovation and physical PIP.Manage, revise, and maintain all PIP templates and Pre-Evaluation request forms. Update and maintain PIP tracking site, files, and tracking information system.Travel throughout the United States and Canada as needed, averaging two nights weekly, to accomplish the goals for the position and meet the needs of Development and the Hilton brands.Maintain and track travel expenses within company guidelines and improve travel efficiencies.

How you will collaborate with others:

Collaborate closely with hotel owners, corporate executives, senior hotel management, architects, designers, and other renovation professionals.

What deliverables you will take ownership of:

Prepare PIP reports and Pre-Evaluation reports and review and collaborate with A&C VP, Brand Administration, and Development as needed. Complete 70-100 PIPs and Pre-Evaluations annually.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

Five (5) years of experience in architecture, interior design, construction, hotel engineering, project management, or related fieldsOne (1) years hotel operations management, hotel project management and/or hotel renovations managementExperience creating and presenting reports and property executive summariesTravel frequently - weekly travel, approximately 50%

It would be useful if you have:

Seven (7) years of experience in architecture, interior design, construction, hotel engineering, project management, or related fieldsExperience in hospitality capital renovation projects, including Property Improvement PlansSalesforce experience
