We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Performance Management and Recognition to lead and help shape how we celebrate, support, and grow our people across our organisation. Based at our state-of-the-art Headquarters in the Melbourne CBD and reporting to the Head of Executive Compensation, Performance Management and Equity, this is more than a role—it’s a chance to lead meaningful change in how performance is managed, and recognition is felt across our global teams.
You will bring strategic and operational leadership to the design, development, implementation, administration and communication of CSL’s Performance Management and Recognition framework.
Your role
Lead the design and delivery of CSL’s Performance Management Framework—from goal setting to feedback and reviews.Champion our Celebrate the Promise recognition program, helping us build a culture where appreciation is part of everyday life.Partner with HR, leaders, and teams globally to ensure our tools, systems, and communications are clear, effective, and people-first.Use data and feedback to continuously improve how we support performance and celebrate success.Coach and guide leaders and HR partners to embed best practices in performance and recognition.Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver seamless, scalable solutions.Your experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or other relevant experience.Knowledge of performance management systems, performance management criteria and turning strategy into action.Strong understanding of HR processes and relationship building across all levels.Advanced skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.A passion for creating inclusive, engaging employee experiences.#LI – Hybrid
