**Core Responsibilities**
+ Provide strategic partnering primarily to LOM (LEGO Operations Mexico), Heads of Operations, and their leadership team.
+ Give strategic advice and set directions for the respective people agenda that goes beyond the Americas Manufacturing and Operations area.
+ Facilitate change management processes and enable the organization for the delivery of the future strategy (capability assessment and building processes), support leadership team in org development, talent management; co-create and drive the engagement agenda.
+ Act as trusted coach and sparring partner for people leaders to drive performance and team effectiveness.
+ Advise and co-develop the leadership team as an effective team with the BU leader.
+ Lead strong and impactful deployment of core HR processes in collaboration with global Centers of Excellence.
+ Accountable for recruitment prioritization and organizational / workforce governance in the assigned business units (org design principles i.e. spans and layers, FTR baseline etc.).
+ Leverage COE’s as business needs arise that can be supported through our Operational teams (e.g. global reward, BSO, mobility).

As a People Partner, you will embody these four foundational pillars to enhance impact and value: Compliance Advisor, Strategic Partner, Acute Challenge Advisor, Trusted People Partner.
The Partnering & Operations organization covers HR Business Partnering as well as local Operations including employee relations, benefits, policies, and execution. The Partnering organization is responsible for developing and deploying the people & culture agenda in line with the LEGO Group’s strategic direction.
The Operations organization serves as a backbone to enable the partners and the business in providing relevant solutions on people processes, respecting geographical and site nuances.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Several years of experience leading a People (HR) agenda as a People Partner, with HR generalist experience in a global, matrixed organization.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and collaboration with a track record of contributing to a positive team environment.
+ Experience working with Works Councils and resolving complex, legal / compliance cases.
+ Strong partner management skills evidenced through solid written and verbal communication ability, managing partners at all levels of the organization and external institutions as well.
+ Business understanding and some experience within project work and project tools.
+ Experience working with data to inform, make proposals and influence decisions, with compensation data, statutory reports.
+ Track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
+ Open minded, solution and result oriented, structured, and a strong collaborative mentality.
+ Capable of establishing and managing good relations with many different units and people at all levels in the organization.
+ Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
