ROLE SUMMARY

The Senior Manager, People & Organisation leads all people-related activities in Global Solutions Egypt, including organizational design, talent management, rewards, and employee relations. They collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to build organizational capability and implement effective people strategies.

 

ROLE PROFILE

Develop and implement People & Organisation Strategies for Global Solutions Egypt in line with overall business strategy and business direction, with a focus on attracting, retaining and developing talent.Work with various P&O Functions drive and deliver key P&O initiatives such as performance management and talent reviews, succession planning, talent development, total rewards, employee relations and employee experience.Collaborate with functional leaders and OD department on organization design and planning initiatives such as developing organizational structures, operating models, and manpower planning.Forecast manpower needs and costs within Global Solutions Egypt and within the overall budget.Ensure implementation of controls to help Identify employees with high potential for growth and support their development.Deliver training for various P&O initiatives to ensure business stakeholders are fully aware and empowered for the journey ahead.Provide expert advice and guidance to line managers and team members in areas including but not limited to P&O policies and procedures, grievance, performance management and performance reviews and remuneration.Ensure implementation of the talent management processes and frameworks containing best practice elements.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in administration or P&O Management.Having 10+ years in a P&O Department.Master's degree in the same field is preferred.Professional HR Certification such as CIPD, SHRM is preferred.Outstanding Stakeholder management skills.Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
