The Patent Portfolio Transformation Office is responsible for driving and coordinating our transformation efforts, covering all aspects of our operations from the operating model, governance, processes, and ways of working to IT systems, tooling, data, analytics, automation, and AI; and it manages Nokia's industry-leading patent portfolio and is dedicated to enhancing the value derived from Nokia’s patents and R&D efforts.
