The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Manager of OT Network& Infrastructure,a role that promises to shape the future of operational technology! **Core Responsibilities** Impact: Be an important part of a product team delivering OT services together with a highly skilled digital team of Network experts and developers. Represent the OT competencies of this team and be responsible for consulting and implementing OT network, infrastructure and OT cybersecurity best practices to ensure compliance and high availability of our production. + Act as Technical Lead designing new systems (turn key) and new production lines (LEGO Integration). + Be the main OT network/infra competency within team and participate in product / backlog meetings within the product teams + Drive the agenda of retrofitting existing systems platforms with up to date network and infra technology. + Create strategy and roadmaps per system together with system- and platform owners. + Establish the needed processes with production sites for ownership, and execution of operational tasks within area. + Be a sparring partner to our OT architects Knowledge: This role needs a broad set of knowledge combining Manufacturing and/or production experience, with OT networks, OT infrastructure, OT cybersecurity by design. ISA95, IEC62443 are commonly used within this frame – together with optimal procedures, change management and follow up with personnel on manufacturing sites and in our offices. Leadership: It should be second nature for someone in this role to function as informal leader by setting objectives, ensuring progress and resolving impediments of all sorts. You should expect to give guidance to and collaborate with Directors within Automation / OT and Digital, Software developers. Network Experts, OT Automation experts and senior stakeholders within the manufacturing environment on identifying improvement opportunities, conflict resolution and strategic guidance. **Play your part in our team succeeding** The Senior OT Network and Infrastructure Manager has global impact on how we standardize and design our OT networks and OT Infrastructure. Representing the capabilities needed to ensure a high availability / Uptime within a core's infrastructure together with our digital platform teams. This includes the observability. **Do you have what it takes** + Minimum a handful of years experience in Operational Technology/Automation within Manufacturing, Engineering/Digitalization in international organizations. + Strong network in general technical experience within the field of Operational Technologies, SCADA Systems. + Strong OT cybersecurity knowledge / experience – Cybersecurity by design. (IEC62443) + Experience in working in cross-departmental product teams and/or Agile experience. + Strong engineering experience and interest, a deep understanding and are a hardworking advocate for modern (software) engineering optimal procedures and can operate both strategically and in a hands-on fashion. + Highly skilled communicator: professional verbal and written communication, comprehensive, clear, direct, and accurate. + Build and maintain lasting collaborative partnerships with internal and external partners and use relationships to meet organizational objectives. + Anticipate changes in the industry and translate potential changes to strategies to position the LEGO Group for success + Expect international travel between 10-30 days/year. **The position is based in Billund, DK and relocation support is not offered for this role.** \#LI-RR1 Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
