Senior Manager, Operations

The SENIOR MANAGER, OPERATIONS leads Corporate Operations initiatives that enhance operational maturity and effectiveness. This role manages a dedicated team orchestrating efforts to analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable solutions to support effective decision-making. An ideal candidate will be interested in standardizing project management methodologies and implementing best practices to ensure consistency, excellence, and measurable improvements. This position thrives on fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, leading cross-functional projects that deliver sustained value and operational excellence.

We are open to supporting 100% remote work anywhere within the US.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management & Leadership:

Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects for Corporate Operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery of key milestones.Manage organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder impact analyses, and create comprehensive resistance management plans for all projects under your purview.Develop, implement, and maintain standardized frameworks, playbooks, processes, templates, risk registers, assessment protocols and other tools to support scalable advancement of project management maturity, ensuring consistency and excellence throughout the project life cycle.Oversee change management requirements, partnering with project sponsors and stakeholders to architect robust strategies that drive successful adoption and sustainment.Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports, empowering them to achieve individual and team objectives while encouraging innovation and the application of best practices.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related communications with stakeholders.Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings and project status updates, risk and issue tracking, and escalation protocols as required to achieve program milestones.Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating insights and requirements to foster mutual understanding.Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, emphasizing transparency, accountability, and continuous learning.Proactively lead risk assessment initiatives to minimize operational vulnerabilities by integrating robust risk identification protocols and mitigation strategies into every stage of project execution.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

Develop infrastructure to enable scalability and growth.Optimize processes using data insights and proven methods; align improvements with business goals and collaborate with stakeholders.Monitor project governance and compliance with established standards, adjusting processes as necessary for continuous improvement.Fosters organizational resilience by building robust systems and processes that withstand disruption.Monitor industry trends and adopt relevant project management tools and technologies.Implement new technologies and strategies to boost efficiency and scalability.Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and adaptability.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in process optimization, operations, business management or program management.Minimum 3 years of people management experience.Minimum 3 years leading and supporting large-scale corporate initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and partnering with various corporate departments.

Additional Skills We Expect You To Have

Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed environments, preferably within a corporate or consulting firm setting.Experience with enterprise-level project governance, performance tracking, and reporting.Strong understanding of data analytics, process improvement, change acceleration, and communications.Excellent leadership, interpersonal, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking skills.Strong ability to identify operational efficiencies and drive continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

Professional project management certification (PMP, PgMP, Agile Certified Practitioner, or similar).Expertise in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and governance.Training or certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$107,936.00 - $183,491.00
