Senior Manager, Offerings Management
**Job Requisition ID #** 25WD88702 **Position Overview** We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to join the Autodesk Education Experiences team and help define the future of education offerings for the global market. By understanding Education user personas and combining market analysis, customer feedback, and software development knowledge - this person will be responsible for driving a multi-year offerings roadmap, and for building strong cross-functional relationships to ensure timely delivery of world-class solutions. You’ll bring to bear your domain experience, ongoing customer research and product-based analytics to make informed decisions, and collaborate with platform and product teams to deliver offerings and experiences that surpass customer expectations. To be successful in this role, you will need the ability to influence without direct authority and be understood by both business and technical teams. You must be able to work independently, have a history of successful packaging/offerings implementations and be results-driven. This person will have a solid understanding of process analysis, requirements gathering, systems design and business model experience. **Responsibilities** + Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Offerings Managers and cultivate a collaborative and high-performance culture + Help streamline and define new offerings for our Education users + Champion the needs of schools/universities, educators, and students, inside and beyond the classroom + Continually assess market needs and opportunities, adjusting priorities and/or securing support for additional investment as needed + Use data, customer and competitive insights, and industry best practices to identify opportunities to create innovative capabilities and compelling user experiences + Develop rolling multi-year roadmap, including creation and prioritization of key themes + Define prioritized requirements and use cases as part of an overall offerings roadmap, collaborating effectively with product managers, designers and operations teams to optimize delivery of the education offerings + Set measurable goals and KPIs + Understand and manage metrics to analyze the impact of activities and projects, and refine as needed to create an environment of continuous learning and improvement. + Partner with marketing, documentation, support and other teams to build awareness of and affinity for our education offerings + Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that engage both internal and external audiences **Minimum Qualifications** + 10+ years’ work experience in offerings management, business development or related areas + Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of product and portfolio management professionals + Domain expertise involving educational software, SaaS, LMS platforms, and learning content + Consistent track record in working cross-functionally to deliver solutions and services + Track record of driving initiatives from conception to completion, working closely with development and operations teams + BS in Computer Science, BA or equivalent experience **The Ideal Candidate** + Ability to form and maintain close partnerships and relationships with other stakeholders, as well as excellent communication skills + Ability to present complex ideas clearly and to rally people around a vision. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $147,600 and $238,700. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
