Position Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive educational programs and personalized messages to assist MPF members in retirement planning.Create and manage customer campaigns to engage members and drive business objectives.Collaborate with various teams to enhance member engagement and improve customer experienceMonitor and analyze member feedback and engagement metrics to continuously improve educational content and strategies.Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience in developing and executing employee engagement strategies, preferably in the financial services industry.Strong understanding of customer engagement principles and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.Ability to analyze data and insights to drive informed engagement strategies.Proactive and self-motivated individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong project and time management skills (managing complex project structures, tight timelines)Flexible and adaptable when dealing with changes and uncertainties (e.g. uncertainties and changes in scope and/or timing of projects)When you join our team:
