We’re seeking a passionate Senior Manager, Membership Promotions & Category Management to join our Membership & Personalisation team within Market & Channels Global Marketing.
**_Please note_** _the work location is either Copenhagen or Billund, Denmark and no relocation assistance is offered for this role._
**Core Responsibilities**
In this role, you will create a compelling membership offering plan that delivers outstanding value for new and existing LEGO Insiders, driving strong commercial impact. You will ensure promotional offerings align with the membership framework and collaborate with the Senior Manager, Membership Proposition & Offer, as well as other teams.
This role will work closely with the Global Commercial Development and broader Markets & Channels Central Marketing teams, to ensure membership is included in the relevant processes to secure member only promotions and offers, and to develop funding mechanisms between central and markets, e.g. for gift with purchase.
+ Develop and implement the annual 'Core' LEGO Insiders promotion strategy, including initiatives such as early access, gift with purchase, and points promotions, while defining objectives and tactics.
+ Lead a comprehensive two-year membership strategy, ensuring seamless coordination of promotions, new offerings, recognition initiatives, and key market events to enhance the Membership Campaign Calendar and Benefits & Rewards plan.
+ Drive the process of central funding, budget management and allocation of 'Core' LEGO Insiders Promotions.
+ Leverage data insights and member feedback to continuously refine promotional offerings, balancing core and flexible options.
+ Work with partners, to ensure alignment to member promotions playbook, developed by Senior Manager, Membership Proposition & Offer.
+ Within Membership & Personalisation, work closely with Membership Campaign & Marketing team and Membership Program Operations & Development team, to ensure the promotion and offer plan is aligned with Membership Campaign Calendar and Benefits & Rewards plan.

You will report directly to the Director of Membership Acquisition & Market Activation.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Extensive experience in loyalty programs, marketing, or commercial strategy.
+ Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities, developed through in-house loyalty teams, management consulting, or agency roles.
+ Strong grasp of the principles and mechanics behind loyalty and membership programs.
+ Skilled at integrating user and business needs into effective solutions.
+ Ability to create compelling arguments for promotional strategies, including consumer testing and evaluating their effectiveness.
+ Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering clear and engaging recommendations.
+ Experience collaborating with complementary teams in a global setting.
+ A positive and proactive individual who thrives on finding solutions, excelling in both independent tasks and teamwork.
Having a strong curiosity for organized problem-solving, you excel in setting clear directions and showcasing drive for success. Additionally, you have a talent for partner management and effectively influencing customers.
