Senior Manager, Medical Education, SPM/ENT - ANZ

The Medical Education Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of educational programs across ANZ for SPM & ENT with practicing surgeons, nurses, residents, fellows, or other related Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) relative to key focus areas.
Responsibilities will include working closely with the BU marketing teams across the region and clusters to assess the learning needs of the organization’s customers and then develop suitable Medical Education programmes aimed at addressing these needs. The role will also measure the performance of the programmes through post course survey, KPI Dashboard and customer feedback.
What will you be doing?
Partner with key stakeholders to develop the strategic direction and operational roadmap for Medical Education with ownership for content development and course delivery excellence within ANZ Engage and communicate with HCP faculty and internal stakeholders, toimplement and deliver high-quality S+N educational events that drive adoption in key focus areas of the business units. Prepare and control the budgets for the local delivery of the medical education
training activities. Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure all programs comply with local and global regulatory guidelines and internal compliance policies.Oversee faculty contracts through approved systems (e.g., ENGAGE). Establish program agendas, according to current trends, and develop course
content, learning objectives, attendee profile and others. Drive innovation in learning; maximizing opportunities for blended, flexible learning solutions that truly meet the needs of our customers in a changing, fast paced environment.
What will you need to be successful?
Bachelor’s or Masters degree in a business related discipline Minimum 10 years’ experience in medical education or marketing management in the medical devices industry.Strong business acumen and orientation and experience in SPM, ENTTo apply, please ensure that you include a cover letter addressing it to Talent Acquisition Lead ANZ.
