Senior Manager, Medical Affairs - Cardio

**Job Responsibilities**
Provide strategic inputs to develop product life-cycle Management such as ICP and launch readiness towards ethical promotion of assigned products.
Operational excellence:
• Data generation planning and execution including clinical trial support for Ph IV study/PMS/Observation studies/outcome research/Registry, et al; communicate and facilitate investigators regarding IIS proposals; Develop and execute Publication Plan;
• Medical program execution as per IBP including medical grants; medical education; Advisory Board meeting and other consultancy activities;
• Key Opinion Leader engagement: Identify KEEs, establish and maintain KEE database with commercial partner; Build relationships with KEEs to support clinical and research activities; Effective and scientific communication with KEEs to provide the most wanted and updated scientific information;
• Initiate and/or review and/or approve medical communication and promotional material for assigned brands;
• Medical support to regulatory interaction, new product development, medical information delivery, and sales training.

-Builds strong, collaborative relationships with internal customers (Sales, marketing and others in clinical Research, drug development team, Medical Advisor, scientific information and medical publication team);
**Job Requirements**
-Master and above in medicine or pharmacology
-Refer to competence models in Medical Affairs career ladder
-Very good teamwork spirit
-At least 2 years working experience in medical department in pharmaceutical industry. People management experience is preferred for position with MSL reports.
-Fluent English communication in reading, written and spoken
-Good communication and presentation skills
-Good Microsoft office software skills
