This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
In this role, you will lead the development, coordination and execution of comprehensive media strategies that support key business and brand initiatives. You will bridge strategic thinking with tactical planning across traditional and digital media, ensuring alignment with marketing goals, cross-functional partners and performance insights.
What You’ll Do
Leverage media planning principles to develop and own cross-channel paid media strategies, plans and insights that are aligned with marketing and business priorities and across campaign initiatives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as marketing strategy, media activation and analytics to ensure media plans are fact-based, persuasive and data-driven
Lead direct mail media strategic media planning, leveraging data-driven testing results to inform budget, circulation and audience recommendations and/or optimizations
Own and present executive presentations for Total Media, elevating and synthesizing stories for C Suite audiences
Ensure continuous communication with key internal partners to foster alignment on execution and performance
Oversee and monitor the paid media investment, including applying media analytics and sales data to inform, build and refine media investment recommendations
Act as an expert-level storyteller, adept at building and presenting C Suite ready presentations and recommendations

What Skills You Have
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or related field)
10+ years in paid media; expert in media strategy, channel planning, and activation, with a track record of people leadership and campaign performance impact
Skilled in media measurement methodologies (MMM, A/B testing, MTA) and advanced in Google Suite (especially Sheets/Excel) for data handling, analysis, and performance insights
Highly detail-oriented and organized self-starter
Adept at managing complex projects with strong financial acumen and accountability
Passionate media practitioner with a continuous learning mindset, focused on applying emerging trends and storytelling techniques to deliver persuasive, data-driven media strategies
