Position Summary...The position will be responsible for managing key growth, planning, and process improvement initiatives across Walmart Fulfillment Services - Seller Management Function while also serving as the program leader and key liaison for inventory health. This role will drive strategic alignment and innovation using data-driven insights, contributing significantly to the growth and success of Marketplace & WFS.

What you'll do...Perform analyses to evaluate inventory position, develop and execute inventory strategies to optimize stock levels, ensuring high in-stock rates while minimizing overstocks and aged inventory. Track/report performance and remove barriers and obstacles that impact performance.Deliver data-driven insights, developing market and business intelligence, including industry trends, competitive threats, category/assortment opportunities, etc.Drive strategic initiatives, identifying and implementing vertical business and seller growth initiatives in conjunction with relevant strategy and product teams, and managing specific features, functionalities, and tooling enhancements through development, business cases, product requirements, and overall project management.Implement new processes and ways of working, building effective ways of working across teams and driving collaboration and coordination across functions, identifying opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, and improve business processes.Building cross-functional advocacy, creating strong and trusting relationships with team members and business partners, working collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve objectives, and communicating with energy and positivity to motivate, influence, and inspire commitment and action.Advocate for the platform, championing and evangelizing WFS, and its evolving capabilities, to our Marketplace sellers and internal stakeholders, driving awareness and adoption of new seller services, including global logistics, new advertising capabilities, big and bulky fulfilment’, and more.

Preferred Qualifications:

10+ years of successful inventory management, merchandising, strategy, business operations, or project management experience.Strong analytical skills with deep experience across inventory planning and forecasting, business performance analyses, market sizing, and business case development.Strong ability to analyze root causes and impacts of stockouts, overstocks, and supply chain disruptions.Familiarity with vendor scorecards, performance metrics, and collaborative forecasting.Ability to distill complex business issues and strategies to highlight insights and actionable recommendations in a concise and persuasive manner.Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team to drive business positive outcomes.Assertive, adaptable, and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
